2.1.3 Unifying multiple personal IDs issued to the same person
When a person has multiple personal IDs, those IDs may be unified and the person can login each SSO federation system with his/her unified personal ID.
For those who wish to unify their personal IDs, please contact us through General Affairs of your affiliation.
Before the unification of personal IDs:

In the above, the user has to login with his/her personal IDs in accordance with the SSO federation system. For example, the user has to login to KOAN using his/her personal ID for graduate student, u000003d, and login to Work Management System using his/her personal ID for medical staff, u000004e.
After the personal IDs are unified:

In SSO federation systems such as KOAN and Work Management System, the user will be authenticated by his/her personal ID, u000003d, and the login will be completed by selecting his/her role ID on the role ID screen.
