If you cannot login to the service because of a lost password or Personal ID.

Please follow the instruction Ⅰ or Ⅱ if you cannot login to the service due to lost your password or Osaka University Personal ID. You can reset your password by yourself using your ID and MFA authentication code in Microsoft Authenticator by method III if you have completed your MFA registration.

I. Fill out a “Request form for reissuing personal ID password(大阪大学個人IDパスワード再発行届)” noted below and submit it along with your identification card to the password reissuance service counter on any of the three campuses.

The notification of your personal ID (including new password) will be sent to the office staffs (general affairs section) of your faculty the day after the application is received at the shortest time.(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays and university holidays) Please note that sometimes it may take a few days before it reaches your faculty. In case of urgency, please come to the Cybermedia center service counter.

*About MFA reset
The pre-registration period for MFA is set to 21 days after the receipt of the request form.
In case of I, it is also possible to reset only MFA.
In case of II, for security reason, your password is also reset at the same time.
