Important points when entering your personal ID on the SSO login screen
Previously both uppercase and lowercase characters were used in personal IDs for SSO login.
However, after reviewing the management of personal ID in the Campus-wide IT Authentication Platform Service, the rules were changed so that a personal ID contains only lowercase alphabet characters.
Before the change, it was possible to enter a personal ID without distinguishing between lowercase and uppercase; however, since the change, only lowercase characters are accepted for personal IDs in SSO authentication login.
Thus, any uppercase characters in your personal ID should be replaced with lowercase characters. However, regarding passwords, uppercase and lowercase characters are distinguished as they have been in the past.
